If you’re looking for a unique and fun treat for a birthday party, or just a fun activity for the kids on a rainy day, these easy lollipops are sure to be a hit.
Made with crisp chocolate wafer cookies, and marshmallows coated in chocolate, what kid (or adult for that matter) wouldn’t love a lollipop that is completely edible?
You can use milk or dark chocolate for these; just make sure not to microwave it too long or it will seize up and burn. Other than that, these lollipops are super easy, fun to make, and best of, amazingly delicious!
1 package Dolcetto Chocolate Cream Filled Rolled Wafers
1 bag large marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
Break the rolled wafers in half. Press your thumb in each of the marshmallows, making a hole large enough to fit the cookie. Insert each half into a marshmallow.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the chocolate chips in a microwavable safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 10-15 seconds. Once most of the chips are melted remove from microwave.
Dip the marshmallows in the chocolate and transfer to the baking sheet. Let sit until chocolate is hardened, and serve.
